Samsung I8000 Omnia II phone proves to be above par its predecessor

We have earlier talked about Samsung Omnia phone. Now the recent version of it called Samsung I8000 Omnia 2 phone is about to be launched in the market soon. The phone with large touchscreen front face, full QWERTY keypad, micro SD card slot and social networking site access like You Tube, Facebook and other internet services is one step ahead of its predecessor. The very many features supported by it are:
- 8 Meg camera with LED flash and VGA recording
- 3.7” WVGA screen
- 800 x 480 pixel resolution touchscreen
- Windows Mobile 6.1 O.S.
- UI with cubic interface
- Bluetooth 2.0
- USB 2.0 and mini USB
- 32 GB micro SD memory
- HSDPA and HSUPA mobile communication standards
The screen size can be enhanced by simple touch on the arrows for expanding the screen. The phone with all these latest features is believed to be unveiled on June 15th 09 and would come in retail markets by third quarter of the year.
